Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Newgen DigitalWorks ("NDW", "we") collects, uses and protects personal data on the NDW Apps Suite — the tools, platform demos, blog and contact forms served under apps.newgendigital.com. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect

• Contact form data: name, email address, company, an optional WhatsApp number, and your message — when you choose to submit a form.
• Tool inputs: URLs, image links, files or account connections you provide to a tool so it can produce your result. Each tool states its specific data handling on its own page.
• Launch-notify emails: the email address you leave on a roadmap card.
• Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and site operation.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry — we reply within one business day.
• To deliver tool outputs (for example, emailing you a generated report you requested).
• To notify you once about a tool launch you opted into — one email when it ships, nothing else.
• To follow up on WhatsApp only if you provided a number and ticked the consent box.
• To operate, secure and improve the suite.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal data.
• Free tools don't store your inputs beyond the session needed to produce your result, and account-connected audits use read-only access you can revoke at any time.
• Content you submit to tools is not used to train AI models.

Third-party processing

Some tools process your inputs through third-party AI and data APIs (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Meta APIs) solely to generate your result. Fonts and partner badges are served from Google and Meta CDNs. Blog and page images may be served from external image hosts.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent for follow-ups at any time. Write to hello@newgendigital.com and we will action your request within a reasonable period.

Retention & security

Contact enquiries are retained only as long as needed to serve the conversation and our legitimate business records. Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to enquiry data is limited to the NDW team members who respond to it.
